I passed!! Thank you. This is my second time taking the test. I was rereading the book and doing the prep questions from the company I did the classes with. Then I realized there was not enough time for me to study 1,000 questions so I searched online for a better prep. I found you guys to be the cheapest so I didn't think it would help. Wow, this exam prep, by far meets and exceeds other test prep for the CA real estate salesperson license. I studied the Kaplan/Anthony Schools test prep and 2 day weekend course and found it to be less than useful. The objective to pass the state test is to truly understand the concepts and to comprehend the context of each question coupled with the CAREALESTATEEXAMS prep questions. I passed on my first try and mostly because of CARealEstateExams.com. I was getting too overwhelmed with the thousands of questions my original practice exams gave me so I started researching and I stumbled upon this website. I was a little skeptical just because I always am when it comes to the internet, but I figured I would only lose $25 and it was still a way for me to study. They lived up to their promises though! I just wanted to give my testimony, regarding the tests I purchased through CArealestateexams. I don't frequently write any testimonies but wanted to after passing my real estate exam using the test I purchased through this site. I studied quite a bit, but without the test I probably wouldn't have passed. These tests are essential and without them I would have found myself having to re-take the exam at a later date. Gotta say, I was pretty hesitant to purchase this prep at first, all my friends were telling me to take a crash course instead. Ultimately, I decided to give this a try since it was more affordable than a crash course. I end up passing the salesperson exam on my first try! I would say close to 60% of the questions on my exam was similar if not exactly the same as the prep material. Amazing!!!! Best investment yet!!!! I am sooooooo glad that I made this purchase! It was the biggest factor on passing my test. Grant it , I did the online course and had a DVD to help explain a lot of things, but had it not been for the study guide I would of been confused. A lot of the study guide questions were on the test word for word!Put it like this, I was done with the test in 1hour and 13 minutes and then went back on the few I skipped. Before I was done reading the question I already knew the answer. Any one who is taking the real estate should go with this study guide because it prepares you to about 90% of the questions. I Passed! After failing 3 times, I previously took a worthless weekend crash course, bought some computer program with over 900 questions to study; I spent months studying and failed! I Google you guys popped up $25 was a small price to pay compared to $200 I spend on the crash course and I passed thanks to you guys! What helped me most was highlighting the answer; I only read the question and the answer that is it! No confusion or second guessing myself. THIS MATERIAL IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!! I PASSED!!! Finally........after failing the exam twice I started to get discouraged. I was studying material that was outdated and very different from the TEST questions. After rescheduling multiple times I knew I had to get the best material available. After being overwhelmed with so much material to read and attempt to remember, I decided to purchase your 3 core exams. If I had done it sooner I would have saved myself alot of time and prevented a lot of stress. The last few days before the test I decided to concentrate on the 450 questions and hope that your advertising was true. When I took the exam I made a note of a question if I wasn't 100% sure of the correct answer so that I could go back and read it again when I finished. There were only 8 of 150 questions that I reviewed again. None of the material that I studied for 2 weeks did more to prepare me than the 450 questions that I purchased from your company. I just found out I passed! I failed the first time and took a crash course and bought a book to study off of but was a waste of time. Almost everything that I studied was not on the test and walked out knowing I failed. I re-scheduled my exam within a month and bought the core questions from this website. Majority of the questions were identical to the questions on the exam and did not have to spend grueling hours studying information I did not need to even know. What a Relief!!!!! I took the exam the first time after a home study course with Lumbleau Real Estate School. It didnt go so well. The test is written by lawyers and designed to have you fail. So with the combination of what I had learned and the information that CArealestateexams.com had given me, I was able to pass the exam, the second time. What a relief. Seriously. JUST passed my exam! I purchased this exam, even after taking my courses.. The problem with the courses is that it is SO much unnecessary information crammed over weeks or months and you forget almost 1/2 of the information. I studied these 3 practice exams and just took my test on June 28th and PASSED!... Now, I will be completely honest, most of the testimonies on here said that 70-80% of the material was the same, actually, i would have to say about 50-60% for me, so aside from this, make sure you study these exams but look up in your real estate handbook or whatever you have, make sure you understand the terms they throw out to you, because I noticed they tend to switch these around and try to confuse you.. that is the only other tip that I would give.. I PASSED!!! After taking all the necessary courses to be eligible to take the RE exam, I knew I would have to take a crash course (as advised by a few of my professors) in order to pass. Flash forward to a week ago and finding the only weekend crash course, available AFTER my scheduled exam date, and more than 300 miles away. After freaking out, heading to the bookstore and buying a ton of prep books, I decided to check out what reviews I could find on all the purchases I had made... they were all so-so, which didn't leave me with any confidence. Luckily, in my search engine, carealestateexams.com came up with amazing reviews which I couldn't believe! I decided to do an independent review on the prep and found the same amazing reviews, so I bought the prep (which by the way, saved me from having a heart attack since I could just download the prep as a pdf once my payment went through).
