I studied a dvd that had 15 practice exams with odd explainations and scored no higher than 60%. I was stressed out and discouraged. I rescheduled the exam to avoid failing it. I downloaded this course, printed it and studied daily for 1 week before the exam. I finished the state exam in 2 1/2 hours (you get 3 1/2 hours to finish). I supplemented the CArealestateexam.com Prep Tests with a Prep Course which cost over $80.00. I feel like I might have made a mistake purchasing the Prep Course, with the book, the cds, the 800 questions. I never listened to the CDs read the book and tested but used the CAREALESTATEEXAMS to test my knowledge. Also used the California DRE website for info for additional material and knowledge. But most importantly I was able to test my ability to pass the California Department of Real Estate exam by utilizing the CArealestateexams.com. Bottom line......."I Passed". I tried Last month March to take the exam after I had purchase about 3 different study exam guides and didn't pass due to not studying properly. I Immediately rescheduled the Exam for April 19th. Decided to study only The Study Guide provided here on the website for 2 days straight and when I got to the exam time, it was much easier and I PASSED!! Please do not mix study guides from different companies. I found that carealestateexams.com had the most current information and there were questions identical or so very similar that you would catch the answers. So I truly recommend this study guide ALONE!!! It is all you will need. Thank You!

I Passed! I took the real exam today for the first time and thankfully passed! I saw around 30% of the questions on the exam were identical to these prep questions. I was expecting more of the same questions on the exam, but they definitely helped and worth the $25 investment. I also studied practice questions from other sources and all of them helped me pass the test with little difficulty.

Wow! I must say that most of the questions from this study guide are either exactly the same on the test or very similar. This was my main source of studying and i passed after my second time. I should of passed my first but fell short of 1 percent. I used other study material but this study guide was by far the most helpful. If it wasent for this i wouldn't of passed my exam. I PASSED!! I took the test a few months ago and i was completely crushed when i didnt pass. 2 days before i retook my test, i began looking online for last minute study material (a crash course of sorts) when i came across CArealeseateexams.com. For $25, i figured "What do i have to lose?" I stayed up till 4 in the morning studying the 3 tests and i didnt study my other material, and it was WELL worth it!! Extremely Satisfied! I originally too the CA Real Estate exam on June 6th. After months of studying, I did not pass the exam. I decided to reschedule and look for a cram course for my future test date. Cram courses were way to expensive! Then I came across your website...I figured for 25 bucks it cant hurt. Passed on the first try. I was little bit skeptical about using this study guide versus going to a live a cram course but I figured for the price that it was low risk. So I downloaded the study guide and only studied for the two days before and the morning of my exam. Many of the questions that were on the exam were similar or the same (I would say about 50%) to ones on the study guide. Plus many of the questions that I didn't get right on the practice exams, I did get right on the real exam because I knew the answers from the study guide. I FREAKING PASSED, ONE ATTEMPT = SUCCESS! Hello everybody...my name is Tony and I passed my Real Estate State Exam in ONE TRY! Check that, ONE TRY! I took my Real Estate courses from Allied Online School. The thing is, I ordered their study cram sessions and I was just overwhelmed by all of it. Therefore, I did not study from it at all...however, as I was checking for other Real Estate study exams online...I came across CAREALESTATEEXAMS.com! OMG...I freaking ordered the exams because they were less than $25! Anyways, all I did was study the three exams they gave me over and over for about 2-3 weeks...and then as I was taking the REAL Exam, I freaking saw at least 60% worth of the questions so similar to the real exam it felt surreal to me =]. All I know is...with the CAREALESTATEEXAMS...you just need to be able to answer 25 questions out of the Real Exam and you will officially become ONE STEP CLOSER to being a Licensed Real Estate Agent! I PASSED my first time!! I took a crash course the weekend before but even then I was still nervous feeling I wouldn't know half of the stuff. I had worked as an assistant for a Realtor for many years and I thought, even with what I already know I failed this badly?! Unbelievable but true! I took my test today and I passed thanks to carealestateexams.com. I am still shocked as to how many of these questions were on the actual exam.
