current real estate sales associate (Gave us a permission
to show on our website). It is directly from California
Department of Real Estate website (http://www.dre.ca.gov). Notice
he failed the exam on his first attempt and after he got our
Core Prep a week before the exam and passed the next one.
He told us he only studied for couple days. He's now a sales

I knew I had to come on here and give my testimony for the reason being I was one who even after reading others testimonys on passing still didnt believe. I just wanted to come on here and say, YES your system does work! I failed the first exam through Allied. Then I googled information on test preparation, and came upon your website. I was skeptical at first, but then I saw your test questions were only $25.00 so I tried it out. I studied those questions for a few days. I passed the 1st time and had time to study only for two exact weeks. These tests are really helpful. Many questions were similar. Taking these 3 exams is all that is needed to pass the exam. Just make sure not just memorize these exams but try to understand the concept and why the answer is what it is. Wow, this exam prep, by far meets and exceeds other test prep for the CA real estate salesperson license. I studied the Kaplan/Anthony Schools test prep and 2 day weekend course and found it to be less than useful. I just wanted to give my testimony, regarding the tests I purchased through CArealestateexams. I don't frequently write any testimonies but wanted to after passing my real estate exam using the test I purchased through this site. Grant it , I did the online course and had a DVD to help explain a lot of things, but had it not been for the study guide I would of been confused. I Passed! After failing 3 times, I previously took a worthless weekend crash course, bought some computer program with over 900 questions to study; I spent months studying and failed! After being overwhelmed with so much material to read and attempt to remember, I decided to purchase your 3 core exams. If I had done it sooner I would have saved myself alot of time and prevented a lot of stress. The last few days before the test I decided to concentrate on the 450 questions and hope that your advertising was true. I just found out I passed! I failed the first time and took a crash course and bought a book to study off of but was a waste of time. Almost everything that I studied was not on the test and walked out knowing I failed. I re-scheduled my exam within a month and bought the core questions from this website. What a Relief!!!!! I took the exam the first time after a home study course with Lumbleau Real Estate School. It didnt go so well. The test is written by lawyers and designed to have you fail. JUST passed my exam! I purchased this exam, even after taking my courses.. The problem with the courses is that it is SO much unnecessary information crammed over weeks or months and you forget almost 1/2 of the information. I studied these 3 practice exams and just took my test on June 28th and PASSED!... Now, I will be completely honest, most of the testimonies on here said that 70-80% of the material was the same, actually, i would have to say about 50-60% for me, so aside from this, make sure you study these exams but look up in your real estate handbook or whatever you have, make sure you understand the terms they throw out to you, because I noticed they tend to switch these around and try to confuse you.. that is the only other tip that I would give.. I PASSED!!! After taking all the necessary courses to be eligible to take the RE exam, I knew I would have to take a crash course (as advised by a few of my professors) in order to pass. Flash forward to a week ago and finding the only weekend crash course, available AFTER my scheduled exam date, and more than 300 miles away. After freaking out, heading to the bookstore and buying a ton of prep books, I decided to check out what reviews I could find on all the purchases I had made... they were all so-so, which didn't leave me with any confidence. Luckily, in my search engine, carealestateexams.com came up with amazing reviews which I couldn't believe! I decided to do an independent review on the prep and found the same amazing reviews, so I bought the prep (which by the way, saved me from having a heart attack since I could just download the prep as a pdf once my payment went through). Wow. I was skeptical at first about the comments people made about the 450 question since i had purchased the DVD crash course for $150 which i felt did not HELP me. My test date was 9-2-2010 i got your lino to the exams 9-1-2010 around 9:00am i studied that night and Thursday morning before my test and I walked I to the test center and knew I had passed it by the 100th question. PASSED MY EXAM! The first time I took my exam I felt good about it and when I got the grade, I saw I got a 60%. I signed up to take the exam again and just studied the 3 practice exams and passed! Definitely worth the money people. I took the test the first time without studying a thing other then these questions maybe 2 or 3 days before the exam. Unfortunately I failed my first test....by 2 questions, yes a grand total of 68%. Took it again a second time maybe a month later, again studied only for a few days & passed. I studied a dvd that had 15 practice exams with odd explainations and scored no higher than 60%. I was stressed out and discouraged. I rescheduled the exam to avoid failing it. I downloaded this course, printed it and studied daily for 1 week before the exam. I finished the state exam in 2 1/2 hours (you get 3 1/2 hours to finish). I tried Last month March to take the exam after I had purchase about 3 different study exam guides and didn't pass due to not studying properly. I Immediately rescheduled the Exam for April 19th. Decided to study only The Study Guide provided here on the website for 2 days straight and when I got to the exam time, it was much easier and I PASSED!! Passed on the first try. I was little bit skeptical about using this study guide versus going to a live a cram course but I figured for the price that it was low risk. So I downloaded the study guide and only studied for the two days before and the morning of my exam. Many of the questions that were on the exam were similar or the same (I would say about 50%) to ones on the study guide. Plus many of the questions that I didn't get right on the practice exams, I did get right on the real exam because I knew the answers from the study guide. I FREAKING PASSED, ONE ATTEMPT = SUCCESS! Hello everybody...my name is Tony and I passed my Real Estate State Exam in ONE TRY! Check that, ONE TRY! I took my Real Estate courses from Allied Online School. The thing is, I ordered their study cram sessions and I was just overwhelmed by all of it. Therefore, I did not study from it at all...however, as I was checking for other Real Estate study exams online...I came across CAREALESTATEEXAMS.com! When I arrived at the testing location I was a little nervous about taking the test. Once I started I saw alot of the same questions that I had studied. I was done about an hour before the test ended and I had time to review the questions a second time. After testing I found out I had passed right away. I could not believe it. I started texting all my friends and family. I have the biggest smile on my face right now. :)

PASS THE EXAM! It is good to pass the exam by ONLY using this material, only 450 questions. But there is no MATH questions at my test on 10/17/2012 though I spent some time studying math questions through this material. You do need to spend time reviewing the material 2-3 times and understanding related terms under each question. Then you could pass!!! - Robert (Pomona, CA)
October 20, 2012 - Thank you so much for the training material. It was very in-formative & helpful. Out of the 450 questions that you provided there was about 40% of them on the state test exam. There was only 2 math questions. I would have to say that anyone wanting to pass you really need to know the reading material and you need to study everyday. I can only stress how important it is that you must know the terms and the definitions. I would recommend this prep to anyone. I successfully passed the DRE State Exam Test on my 1st try!!!
